It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and Overhead Door Company delivered it in spades.

What truly sets them apart is their remarkable efficiency. Not only did they schedule my service quickly, but they also provided reasonable pricing, which was a pleasant surprise. They understand that garage door issues can be quite the inconvenience, and they certainly don't add to the stress with exorbitant fees.

But where they truly shine is in the speed and precision of their work. The replacement parts I needed were installed with lightning speed, and the difference in my garage door's performance was nothing short of remarkable.

Worst company to deal with. We ordered a new garage door for our high-rise apartment building in February. The garage door did not arrive until July and then they proceeded to have the wrong part for the motor to get the garage door working. It is now September September and they have ordered two wrong parts for the motor to get the garage. door operating. Roger is the worst sales person to deal with because he blames it on everyone else. In the meanwhile our garage door is still operating and our residents cannot feel safe and we had a hire a security company for the last couple months to work every night to keep our building safe in Baltimore city, do not use this company. They make every excuse in the world, but do not get the job done.

My experience with this company was very bad. While they replaced the spring on my door, they proceeded to charge me 1.25 hours travel time to drive to my location on top of the hour they took to replace my spring. In addition to a $9 fuel surcharge.
This was not disclosed when we originally called them to make the appointment, but only after they had completed the work and presented us with the invoice.
I find this to be outrageous but to not inform the consumer beforehand, I felt they have heard our comments before and the way to deal with it is not tell the customers until it is too late.
My recommendation is to find a more reputable company to do your work.

We used Overhead to repair a residential garage door that came off the tracks. The technician was prompt, provided updates to his arrival time and was very swift and efficient in his repair. Additionally, they preformed maintenance on our door without an additional charge. Great outfit.
