My experience was with Overhead Door of Washington DC located in Beltsville, Md. I experienced an issue late afternoon, and they still were able to come out the same day! I had contacted one of their competitors, who could not come out until four days later! My technician, Connor was profession, courteous and knowledgeable.

We like that 🙂 The original measurement guy wasn't very friendly but that was the only negative.Otherwise, they were prompt with the estimate, but not aggressive in their follow-up. Also, they were on target with their install date (so rare with contractors!) And the install crew of 2 guys were friendly and hard working. Such a great experience!
Had a cable break - door jammed. Called the door people we had been using for years (had even bought four garage doors from them in the past), but they said could not come (would not come) for two weeks! So we found Overhead Door of Frederick. They said they would gladly come that same day. They came in less than three hours. They fixed the door. Price was reasonable.
